Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Pazookie

Better than BJ's chocolate chip pazookie topped with vanilla bean ice cream and salted caramel sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp salted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • cup all purpose flour
  • cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips plus more for topping
  • 1 scoop vanilla bean ice cream for topping
  • salted caramel sauce for topping
  • flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Grease a 6 inch cookie pan or skillet and set aside. In a medium size bowl stir together the butter, sugars, vanilla and egg with a fork. Stir in the flour until no dry flour remains. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spread into prepared pan and bake for 15-18 minutes.
  •  Cookie will be a light golden brown and still gooey in the center. Let cool for a few minutes before topping with a scoop of ice cream, caramel sauce and flaky sea salt. That's it! Dig in and enjoy :)
